SCORM data to support response when user claims completion

Dear Susan,
When a student launches a course lesson, the system creates the SCORM data record before the logged-in student can proceed. In the case of this user, no SCORM records exist for any of her current enrollments. She is enrolled in 10 courses. None of these enrollments have ever been launch by a user logged in as Jennifer Rheuban.

Jennifer was previously enrolled in the Monetary Approval course (see table below). This enrollment was manually deleted this afternoon at 13:58.  She last launched this deleted enrollment on 7/31/2014. She spent 20 minutes reviewing the materials but did not complete it.

Also, there are no deleted user accounts with a name similar to Jennifer Rheuban. As mentioned above, Jennifer has two deleted enrollment records as follows:

The Information Security enrollment listed above was never launched by the user. The Monetary Approval enrollment was launched on 7/31/2014 but not completed before it was deleted earlier today. Both enrollments listed were manually deleted.
